Practical? Hardly. Economical? Definitely not. Affordable? Extremely unlikely. But damn it, we would be lying if we said we didn’t want something as absurd as this twin-turbo V12 Toyota Hilux sitting inside our garage.

Never mind the drag strip, too. We’d be perfectly content just sipping on a cup of joe beside this thing every morning, basking in the sound of a dozen cylinders warming up.

Therapeutic? Finally, a yes—but not so much for our neighbors, probably. Sorry in advance.

Cars.co.za got in touch with the pickup’s owner, Francois Fritz, and bared that the build’s 5.0-liter twin-turbo V12 is capable of a whopping 564hp and 900Nm of torque. The thing used to be Fritz’s daily driver—at least before he turned it into a gift to all of motoring kind.
