The Honda BR-V gets a minor update this year. No, it’s not additional equipment or any of that. Instead, there’s a new color option for it, one that’s lifted straight from Honda Japan’s catalog.
Coming soon to the BR-V color option lineup is Sand Khaki Pearl. It was first seen in the Japanese market HR-V, known as the Vezel over there. It then appeared in the BR-V N7X edition in Indonesia.

Now, that color is finally here. We don’t get the N7X variant here, but it’s reserved for the top-spec trim level, the VX CVT Honda Sensing. That means if you see one on the road, it’s most definitely the range-topper.
As it’s the top variant, it comes standard with Honda Sensing. It includes adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, lane keep assist, road departure mitigation, lane departure warning, auto high beam, and lead car departure notification.

With that, it’s possible that this color will be available in other local Honda models. Given that it’s an option for the HR-V abroad, we’re placing our bets that it will be the next one to get Sand Khaki Pearl for the facelifted version.
As for pricing, it’s unchanged from before, so that’s relief for those looking to but a Honda BR-V this year.
