It’s not quite what many of us expected

We know Red Bull has been the talk of the town the past 24 hours on account of Adrian Newey’s impending departure from the team, but let’s steer away from that news for a second and turn our eyes towards Ferrari. Yes, Scuderia Ferrari.

No, the team hasn’t made any bombshell announcement as big as Lewis Hamilton’s move. What it has done is reveal its new livery for the upcoming Miami Grand Prix. See, it previously teased that it’ll be racing in blue this weekend, and now that the official look is out, well, it’s not quite what many of us expected.

The photos of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr. that made the rounds online suggested that the car might turn out to be very blue. In reality, though, it’s just...somewhat blue.

That being said, the blue still mixes quite well with Ferrari’s red, and it’s still refreshing to see. There are dashes of blue on the front wing, the sides, the halo, and the wheels. It may not look like a Hyundai N car like we expected, but it still turned out good.

Forgive us if we’re getting a bit too entertained with these bluish Ferraris—it might just be the most exciting thing happening this weekend. You guys ready for another Max Verstappen special?
